Cookie policy

Short version: we use Google Analytics only if you say yes. No advertising cookies, ever.

PrivacyCookiesTerms

Strictly necessary

These keep the site and chat working. The law doesn’t require your consent for them, so they don’t depend on your choice in the banner.

  • tss-consent (local storage). Remembers whether you allowed analytics, so we don’t ask again on every page. It holds only “granted” or “denied”.
  • tss-intro (session storage). Remembers that you have already seen the opening animation, so it doesn’t replay on every page. It holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
  • tss-chat (local storage). Only set once you send us a message in the chat. It holds a random conversation code plus the name and email you gave us, so you can see our replies in the chat when you come back. Choose “Start a new chat” in the chat, or clear this site’s data in your browser, to remove it.
  • tssi_ cookies, for example tssi_yourcompany (up to 30 days). Only set when you open a private project intake form with the password we sent you. It keeps you signed in to that form, holds no personal data and is sent only to that form’s pages.
  • tss-intake (local storage). Only set on a project intake form. It saves your answers on your device while you fill the form in, so closing the tab doesn’t lose them, and is removed when you send the form.
  • Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm). Our host may set these to tell people from bots and protect the site from abuse. They expire within a short time.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we switch on Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they come from. It helps us figure out which pages are useful. Until you allow it, Google Analytics stays switched off: it sets no cookies and sends no analytics data. Your browser does still download Google’s tag script with each page, so Google sees a normal web request from your browser, as with any file loaded from its servers.

  • _ga (Google, up to 2 years). Tells one visit from another with a random ID.
  • _ga_VXKHF71M15 (Google, up to 2 years). Keeps track of your current visit.

We’ve turned off Google’s advertising features and Google signals, so this data isn’t used for ads or linked to your Google account. Google Analytics doesn’t store your IP address. Google Ireland Limited provides the service; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab).

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time: . If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and remove its cookies from this site.

You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The site will keep working, though the opening animation may play again and we’ll ask about analytics again.

Third parties

  • Fonts. Our fonts are hosted on our own domain, so loading them involves no third party and no cookies.
  • Links to other sites. Calendly, Telegram, X and the client sites we link to set their own cookies once you visit them. Their cookie policies apply there, not this one.

Changes

If we add any other non-essential cookie, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this page.
